Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes — you can move between tiers at any point in your membership year. We'll prorate the difference and apply it automatically to your account, so you only pay for what you use.
How are organizational dues calculated?
Full Membership for organizations is calculated on a sliding scale based on annual revenue, with rates published in our member handbook. Speak to our membership team for an exact figure for your organization — we can usually quote within one working day.
Do I need to be invited to join?
No — Affiliate and Associate tiers are open to anyone working in or studying our sector. Full Membership is open by application, and we'll confirm your eligibility against our member criteria within five working days of receiving your application.
What payment options do you support?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Associate and Full Membership tiers can be paid in monthly installments, and organizations can be invoiced directly with 30-day payment terms.
Is there a refund policy?
If you change your mind within 14 days of joining and haven't used any paid member benefits, we'll refund your dues in full. After that point we don't offer refunds, but you can pause your membership for up to six months at a time.
